Moderation Guidelines
Marketing Options® and Steve Carlson welcome your comments. Steve regularly monitors comments, approves them or deletes comments that are spam or that do not follow the simple guidelines below. Incidentally, he won’t edit your comments, so please don’t have an otherwise excellent comment declined over a simple infraction of our guidelines.
The key to acceptance of your comment is “respectful discussion”. This does not necessarily mean that you cannot disagree with Marketing Options®, Steve or another commentator. What it does mean is that you must not attack them personally, swamp them with irrelevant questions, or expect them to read your excessive hyperlinks to prove your point (say it yourself).
Comments made on this site are the views and responsibility of those submitting the comments. Normally comments are allowed to all new posts, however comments may be closed to older posts. If you use someone else’s copyright © material in your comments, please give them the appropriate credits. The time stamp that appears on comments, as well as posts, is Eastern Time. All comments must be in English. Comments must stay on topic. Pornography, sexual references, threats, inappropriate personal information about someone else, or editing battles with Steve have no business on this site. Any individual or group that Steve decides is using comments to “take over” a post or posts will be stopped. He reserves the right to decline any comment and to close comments to a post at any time.
MO is very flexible, other than that.
